We are at the dawn of a new age, where the first waves of innovation have already reached the shores and we’re now learning on how to live with it whilst still learning how to adapt, in order to make the most of its full potential. Therefore, the justice and legal system must work alongside the information society, to reinforce access to justice by ensuring an integrated ecosystem as a whole as opposed to just the sum of the different parts.
The focus is now the citizen, and both management and technology must be planned, designed and managed in accordance, to ensure the right balance while enabling the competences and skills required for proper administration and project management, both in the public as well as in the private sector.
This year’s LxLegal takes the form of a Conference, focusing on building ecosystems within Legal Management and Legal Technology, as two facets of a triangular prism where the third is Legal Innovation.
Through the course of two round tables, LxLegal aims at promoting the discussion and exchange of ideas between researchers and professionals, around the current needs and challenges of the justice and legal system with insights onto operational, commercial, contract and project management, as well as the ecosystem of legal and law techs.
